Rules for online reservation:
In order for the reservation to be valid, travelers must provide the following:
- An email address A telephone number phone
- Payment information
- Accept the rules of procedure
- Provide all the necessary information regarding your trip
- Give the number of travelers
- Confirm an arrival time
- Provide an official identity document
- Fill out the police form, if they are of foreign nationality to France (in accordance with the legislation in force)
- Deposit the deposit of 500 € with our partner Swikly
The reservation is possible until the same day (midnight ) subject to availability and up to 6 months in advance.
Online reservation procedure:
- Filling out the online form (with acceptance of the regulations)
- Settlement of accommodation expenses (tourist tax included)
- The customer then receives a pre-reservation email reminding the information of the stay and a link to the deposit site (500 €) and to the registration form (for foreign customers)
- The reservation is only valid when the payment and the deposit are validated
- The customer receives a reservation confirmation email with an invoice
- Check-in instructions are sent the day before check-in at the latest.
- The bank imprint is retained for a maximum of 7 days after the traveler's departure. It is returned if no damage has been observed
- In the event of damage observed after check-out, you will receive a request for compensation via the Swikly site which will indicate the amount of compensation requested along with supporting documents. It is always preferable to report any damage or additional service before the housekeeper comes in.
